Mini-Master of Public Administration™

The Mini-Master of Public Administration™ (Mini-MPA™) certificate program provides an opportunity for local government or nonprofit professionals to supports specialist seeking a broader understanding of administrative roles, finance, human resources and public policy. Taught by Rutgers faculty and practitioners, the content of each module includes both theory and practice. The program consists of four main topics (modules). Each module lasts one week. Participants are expected to view recorded lectures, created written submissions in discussion boards, complete a weekly written reflection-in-practice assignment, and attend a weekly one-hour live online session to meet with faculty and other participants.
